Hello Kitty is the ULTIMATE Cutester!

Next is my favorite lipstick, MAC Cutester from the Hello Kitty Collection! ^ ^

First off, how cute is the packaging? In eighth grade, we were surveyed about our favorite cartoon characters, and I was the only person in the entire grade to write HELLO KITTY! It's packaged in a glossy black tube with a mod looking Hello Kitty! She is so cute!

Do you see that? It is amazing. There is a Hello Kitty face ENGRAVED in the lipstick!! Unfortunately, once you use the lipstick often enough, the Hello Kitty will disappear. ): And I am totally at risk of that, because I use this lipstick like I use lip balm! One of my best friends mentioned that I should redo the engraving myself with a toothpick! :P Cutester is a lustre, so it is super sheer, but I like that. If you want a pigmented peachy pink lip, then this isn't for you. But I love the natural color of my lips, and this just gives a really nice peachy pink shimmer to my lips! It's gorgeous and it smells/tastes divine..I adore the MAC lippie scent!

As you can see, it's super sheer. It has a lip gloss quality to it. It was limited edition, so you might have trouble finding it though. Oh, and I admit, I was kind of attracted to it for the packaging. OH, one last thing, this was the first MAC product that I ever bought!

A real review!

The first eyeshadow from the Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow Palette!

Fishnet is a really pretty fuchsia color with a lot of pink undertones. I find that it looks really nice with green or brown eyes, especially on the lower lashline. It is super soft and silky like all Urban Decay eyeshadows, and it also blends easily and is really pigmented. You can't go wrong with buying this palette! I also really like blending this right above the crease if I'm doing a navy, purple, or blue smokey eye. This is gorgeous for a mermaid look as well! It also really reminds me of MAC Stars n Rockets, except with pinker undertones.

I wash my face twice a day EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am super strict with myself and I never start a day or go to bed without washing my face!

Combination Oily/Normal. I'm super oily on my t-zone, but my cheeks are normal.

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

Yes, it is extremely important. It makes all the difference for your skin!

I actually use a homemade brown sugar/olive oil face scrub.

I love it! It is a wonderful medium to express my art, and it's fun and relaxing!

Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow Palette

I had no idea that my camera could zoom and focus so well! To illustrate, here is my first makeup review!

The Urban Decay Deluxe Eyeshadow Palette was one of the first high end makeup products I ever bought, and it was well worth the money.

Packaging: The palette is really pretty; I love the bright purple faux suede. The front also has this silver meshlike piece of fabric that makes noise when you shake it up and down. It's fun! ^^

The palette opens up and it's a gorgeous lavender color on the inside (a hot color for spring and summer!). Throughout the entire palette are these really cute, romantic looking doodles. If you take out the sponge tip applicators, there is a cute little spiderweb in the box. It's almost as if they realize that no one uses the sponge tip applicators, so spiderwebs form there. :P There is a pretty decent sized mirror on the top half too.

So, the palette comes with nine of Urban Decay's deluxe eyeshadows, which claim to be "vibrant, silky, and luscious to the touch." Let me tell you know, their claim stands true! These eyeshadows are SO silky; I feel like my fingers are touching buttery silk when I swatch the eyeshadows.

There is a good variety of neutrals and brights, and I noticed that they arranged the eyeshadows in groups that look good together. For example, Fishnet, Honey, and Ransom go well together. Not only do the rows match, but the columns and diagonals pair well too! Ransom, Peace, and Underground look really amazing on brown eyes!

I plan on doing an individual review for each of the eyeshadows. The macro focus button on my camera really has done wonders for my picture taking abilities. I guess I can be a photographer for my school's newspaper after all!

After about half a year of failed attempts, I have discovered how to upload pictures from my camera to the computer! I am beyond excited!

Also, school gets out in eight days, and I don't plan on doing anything this summer. You know what that equals? Summer = Time to blog!
